Do you have a storefront?

No, we operate as a home bakery and currently do not have a physical store for walk-ins.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our website or by messaging us directly.

Do you offer same-day orders?

We bake fresh to order, so we typically require three (3) days' notice. However, contact us to check availability!

Can I customize my cake/cookies/cupcakes?

Yes! We specialize in custom cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. Let us know your theme, flavors, and design ideas!

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly options?

We do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Please contact us to discuss options. However, we do bake in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

How far in advance should I place an order?

We recommend placing orders at least 7 days in advance, especially for custom cakes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders canceled within 24 hours of being placed and in advance of seven (7) days of pickup/delivery are subject to a full refund. All other order cancelations are non-refundable.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds (except as outlined in the cancelation policy). However, if there is an issue, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right!

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Yes! Please contact us with your order and we can arrange a pick up time and date.

What if I miss my pick up/delivery window?

If you miss your scheduled pick up window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new pick up time, but rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Orders not picked up within the pick up window may be forfeited without a refund.
